The webinar will focus on the fundamentals of WICWA, including the key legal and procedural requirements. Nicole Homer from the Ho-Chunk Nation Legislative Legal Office, Elisabeth Stockbridge from the Shawano State Public Defender’s Office, and Children’s Court Improvement Program (CCIP) staff will also discuss practical considerations and answer questions from attendees.
